1. When impacting the objects, keep the chisel tool as vertical as possible to the surface of the broken object, and it is strictly forbidden to hit horizontally at a large angle. Otherwise, the cylinder will get scratched, the chisel tool will get broken piston will be damaged.
2 During the working period, it is strictly forbidden to lift broken objects by shaking the chisel tool of the hydraulic hammer. Lifting the broken objects through the chisel can easily cause damage to itself and the front cylinder components.
3. Do not use the breaker chisel to sweep/dig the material, to avoid the breakage of the chisel tool, abnormal wear will shorten the service life.
4 When working, be sure to compact the chisel tool on the objects, otherwise, there will be empty strikes and impact power would damage internal parts.
5. Do not use the chisel to impact the same place continuously during operation. If the object cannot be broken within one minute, please change the position to avoid damage to the chisel and internal parts. If hit the same place for more than 1 minute, which is not proper operation, it would produce a higher temperature on the chisel and shorten the service life.
6 When breaking the big and hard object, it must be segmented and gradually breaking, so that it is easier to break large pieces of crushed objects, and the work efficiency is higher.
7. Do not let the hydraulic breaker hit the excavator oil cylinder at the end stroke of the breaker, please keep it more than 100mm, otherwise, it will cause damage to the excavator oil cylinder.
8 Do not use it for underwater operations. Professional equipment is required for underwater operations.
9 When lubricating and maintaining the breaker, be sure to press down the chisel tool tightly. Hit 15-20 times every two hours to prevent grease from entering the striking chamber, damaging the hydraulic system of the breaker and causing contamination.
10 Check before each work
(1) Whether the bolt nut is loose
(2) Whether there is oil leakage
(3) Whether the hydraulic oil is dirty and the amount of oil is sufficient
(4) Whether the hydraulic hose is damaged
(5) Whether the pin and plug are in place, and whether the chisel pin should be replaced
(6) Whether the chisel and the piston striking head are damaged
(7) Check the back head nitrogen pressure every two weeks and the accumulator pressure once a month.
11 If the gap between the chisel and the front end bushing is too large, it is easy to cause eccentric wear between the piston and the chisel, resulting in unstable contact and damage to the piston and the chisel tool.
12 If the breaker is not used for more than a week, please store it as follows:
(1) Hose and rigid pipes must be fitted with plugs
(2) Release nitrogen gas from the back head
(3) Disassembly of the chisel tool
(4) Aim the end face of the piston with a round bar, and strike with a hammer to make the piston retreat to the rear; add more grease to the front head of the piston
(5) In order to protect the breaker, please place it indoors, or put it on sleepers, and cover it with a tarpaulin (to prevent rain)
(6) The oil seal kits replacement cycle is 3 months or 500 hours of work (whichever comes first)
