Solutions to Avoid the Partial Hit of The Chisel:
1. Ensure the uniformity of the contact surface between the drill rod and the piston. Since the above planes will be slightly deformed during the heat treatment process, after the heat treatment of the piston and the drill rod, it is necessary to add a finishing process (the two planes are flattened);
2. Appropriately reduce the hardness of the drill rod to prevent the drill rod from being broken and cracked by the piston during use;
3. During use, check the integrity of the guide sleeve in the cylinder and the front cylinder in time to prevent the eccentricity of the piston during the stroke caused by the damage of the guide device.
